2022 Youth Evangelism Congress Registration Package
Registration package for the 2022 Lake Union Youth Evangelism Congress. Registration fee includes two nights at the Blue Gate Garden Inn, five meals (Sabbath breakfast, lunch, and supper, Sunday breakfast, and lunch to go), and the event fee.
The Lake Union Conference Youth Evangelism Congress will be held February 18-20, 2022 at the Blue Gate Garden Inn, 800 S Van Buren Street, Shipshewana, IN 46565
How do I select my room before February 7, 2022?
The following room options are available:
$195.00 per person for groups of 4: The group will be assigned to one of the 74 rooms with 1 king bed + 1 queen bed, and then to one of the 29 rooms with 1 queen bed + 1 queen bed. This option is only available until February 7, 2022, or until these rooms are full.
$210.00 per person for groups of 3: The group will be assigned to one of the 40 rooms with 1 king bed + 1 sleeper sofa. This option is only available until February 7, 2022, or until these rooms are full.
$250.00 per person for 2 people: They will be assigned to one room with two separate king or queen beds.
$365.00 per person: Only 1 person will be assigned to one room with a king or queen bed.
Please Note: When registering, you have to include the name of your roommate/s. If listed roommate/s don’t register before February 7, or if there are empty spaces in your room by that date, random roommates of the same gender will be assigned.
If you prefer not to have a roommate, please, let us know by email as soon as possible, and confirm that you will be able to pay the difference at the event.
If you contact another participant to be your roommate, please, let us know as soon as possible by email, and we will assign that person to your room. Optional: If one or two of the four people assigned to the room want to sleep on the floor, they can bring their own bedding (sleeping bag) and camping mattress.
In addition:
Room availability: Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted for this event. If you are not be able to attend, please send someone else in your place and let us know as soon as possible.
Room changes will not be allowed during this event.
Children: As a courtesy to other participants, and to maximize your benefit during the event, we ask that you make other arrangements for the care of your children younger than 16 years old.
Dress: Business casual or Sabbath attire during worship hours.
On-site Registration: You may register on-site only if space is still available. You may pay the registration fee with cash, credit card, or money order made out to the Center for Youth Evangelism.
Event check-in: You should check-in and pick up your event information packet on Friday, February 18, 2022, from 3:00-7:00 pm.
Hotel Check out: Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 11am, unless you stay another night for the LUC Young Adult Advisory. Please, contact your Conference Youth Director for more information about this free event that will take place after the LUC Youth Evangelism Congress.
