Every attendee must register for hotel accommodations to ensure your stay is secured.

Select the level of impact you wish to have by Registering for a Sponsorship Tier. Below, you will find detailed descriptions of our different tiers and the unique benefits each one offers to help you connect with our delegates.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP $800

Includes everything in the Silver Tier, plus:

  • One-time access to the Congress participant database

SILVER SPONSORSHIP $500

Includes everything in the Bronze Tier, plus:

  • Two minutes of Main-Stage time
  • One flyer or gift in each registration bag

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP $200

  • Exhibit booth with one 6 or 8 ft. table and approx. 12-16 sq. ft. display space.
  • Logo in the event e-newsletter
  • Logo on the even website sponsor/exhibitor page

LUC-YEC Exhibition Objective

To provide our LUC-YEC delegates—young people—with opportunities and resources that inspire them toward a relationship with Jesus and empower them as an “army of youth,” rightly trained and fully resourced for God’s kingdom and glory.

We invite you to sign up for an Exhibition Booth at the Lake Union Conference Youth Evangelism Congress (LUC-YEC) taking place at the Hilton Northbrook/Chicago, February 13–15, 2026. Theme is LIMITLESS! (Mark 10:27) If you can’t make it as an Exhibitor, you can still be our Sponsors by contributing either financial or in-kind donations.

Exhibit Booth Information

  1. Exhibit Setup & Tear-down
    • Setup: Friday, February 13, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
    • Please bring any materials you may need (tablecloths, extension cords, etc.)
    • Tear-down: Sunday, February 15, after the general session (approx. 12:30 PM)
  2. Exhibit Hours (No buying or selling during Sabbath hours.)
    • Friday: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • Sabbath: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM; 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM; 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM; 11:40 AM – 1:30 PM

When is exhibit setup?
Setup takes place Friday, February 13, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please remember to bring any necessary materials, such as tablecloths and extension cords.
