Eligibility & Funding Guidelines
- Applicants must be between the ages of 16–35
- Applicants must be members of a Seventh-day Adventist church within the Lake Union
- Attendance at Limitless 2026 is required to apply
- Applicants must have approval from their pastor and local church board
- Funds may not be used to cover salaries or stipend
***Funds are intended to provide financial support for senior youth and young adults to implement evangelism ideas and projects

How do I apply for funding?
- Fill out the application. DOWNLOAD FILE.
- Get an approval from your pastor and church board
- Scan and send application along with board minutes where your project has been approved to youth@lakeunion.org.
How will the LUC Youth and Ministerial Departments determine the order in which applications are received?
By the date posted on the email sent to youth@lakeunion.org.
How will the LUC Youth Evangelism fund be distributed?
Funds will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until all available funds are exhausted.
How long will it take to know if my LUC Youth Evangelism-Fund Application form has been approved?
Up to 30 days after CYE receives the application form and the Church Board Meeting Minutes.
If I apply but I'm too late to get the funds, is my application still valid for the next LUC Youth Evangelism Congress?
Every application is only valid for one LUC Youth Evangelism Congress.
Who do I contact if I have questions about the LUC Youth Evangelism-Fund Application Form?

How long will it take to get the approved LUC Youth Evangelism Fund sent to my conference office treasury department for my local church?
Up to 90 days after written approval has been sent to the Youth/Young Adult Congress Delegate, Local Church Pastor, and the Conference Youth and ministerial Directors.
Are church board minutes approving a dollar-for-dollar match required as part of the LUC Youth Evangelism Fund application?
Yes. A copy of the church board minutes approving the dollar-for-dollar match must be attached to the LUC Youth Evangelism Fund application at the time of submission.
